Shipping Policy
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming the order. Most items are usually shipped within 5 business days and you will be given a tracking number to track your shipments.
Ribbit Stopit uses UPS for all shipments. Our shipping cost is based on total weight of products ordered and overall size of box(es). Additional shipping cost may apply. You may further contact us at info@ribbitstopit.com regarding our shipping methods including orders from Alaska, Hawaii and international customers.
Sales Tax
We add sales tax for orders shipped within California only.
Return & Exchange policy
Exchanges are only available for those products that were damaged during shipment or if you received the wrong item(s). Customers must contact us at info@ribbitstopit.com within 3 days of receipt to receive exchange authorization number. Returns without an exchange authorization number will not be accepted. Pre-paid return label, at no cost to you, will be mailed to your address once the authorization number has been issued.
No returns are accepted. All sale items are final.
